What time can I check-in and check-out?

You may check-in from 1.30 pm and must check-out by midday. You may leave your luggage at the reception if needed. Remember that when you book directly on our official website you can check-out later and stay in your room until 4 pm. With an extra 20 € you can even stay until 8 pm.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex, Jcb.

What are your cancellation policies?

If you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before arrival you will not have to pay anything. Late cancellations or no-show will be charged one night.

Do you have Internet?

You may use our Wi-Fi in the hall at the price of 5,00 € an hour.

Are you animal-friendly?

Yes, we accept small animals.

Do you have a meeting room?

Yes, we have a fully equipped meeting room that can seat up to 60 people.

What is included in the room price?

The price of your room includes breakfast and many other free services. You have access to all pools, 1 Aqua-gym lesson a week, towels and dressing gown, access to the gym, personal trainer ½ h day from Mon-Fri, tennis and bowls courts, bikes and an attended car park.
